Mission Impossible 3 Proving Impossible
Big problems hit schedule as director cancels his mission.
Mission Impossible 3 has run into major production problems after the director, Joe Carnahan, pulled out a month before filming was due to start.
Although the release date has been put forward by several weeks from May 6th, this was not done because of the withdrawal. MI3 will now go head-to-head with The Fantastic Four over the Fourth of July weekend.
Tom Cruise is currently assessing candidates put forward for the role with the film's producers and it is expected that a director will be named sooner rather than later.
