Nick Nolte on Road to Recovery
Hollywood star could shave a year off his probation after his arrest in 2002.
Nick Nolte looks to be well on the road to recovery from his dependency issues and may even shave a year off his probation after his arrest in 2002. The Hollywood star is currently hosting meeting at his homes to help those who also suffer from alcohol or drug addictions.
His sentencing judge, Lawrence Mira, was quick to congratulate Nolte and pointed out that the actor was doing 'extremely well'.
Nolte has faced up to his problems and described the arrest as a wake-up call which has helped him to improve his life. His personal issues haven't seemed to impacted too much on his career and the actor has four films in the works, the pick of which has to be The Rum Diary which is the adaptation of a Hunter S. Thompson book.
