Beyonce Knowles' Life on Film
Just what we were all hoping for.
Just when you thought that you'd heard enough about Beyonce Knowles for a lifetime, the R&B temptress pulled off a bit of a coup when she announced that a film will be made about her life. Fresh off a successful debut solo album, her engagement to Jay Z and news of a Destiny's Child reunion, the sultry singer showed off the fact that she has tremendous appeal.
The film which will be based on her life story is set to be filmed next year, which means the diva will have to put back her marriage plans for another couple of months. The Hollywood deal which is said to be worth in the region of twenty to twenty million dollars will see the star contribute songs and materials to the project as well as taking a staring role.
However just like in Destiny's Child, Beyonce is set to share the limelight as a younger actress will step in to play the superstar up until she turns sixteen. There is no word yet on who will play the younger version of the diva but the part is likely to start a scramble for aspiring actresses. It remains to be seen however whether this project will fulfil Beyonce's dreams of winning an Oscar; seeing as she's won almost everything on offer in the music industry, why not?
