Sylvester Stallone Update
Rocky to return to the big screen.
Sylvester Stallone has been trying to get a couple of his projects off the ground for a couple of years now. First he wanted to bring back Rambo, then it was Rocky and he even went as far as discussing a musical based on the heavyweight boxer! Nothing really ever happened but when he signed a deal to promote a new reality television show, The Contender, then the rumour mill went into overdrive again.
It seems that Rocky looks set to return to the big screen and it's just a question of when, not if. The latest speculation is that Vin Diesel will star opposite Stallone as Balboa's opponent after Philadelphia's favourite son makes a return to the ring like George Foreman. The movie is also said to see Balboa's son take to the ring and a passing of the baton could be in the works, it could even be as far fetched as Rocky becoming his son's manager.
