Psi-Ops Headed to Big Screen
Yet another video game is being adapted
Yet another video game is being adapted for the big screen according to reports this week; Midway's title Psi-Ops has been optioned by producers Adrian Askarieh and Chuck Gordon.
The same video game publisher also has another game that is undergoing the Hollywood treatment as Spyhunter is scheduled for a release next year with The Rock lined up for a starring role.
Plans are afoot to set the wheels in motion after Labour Day when the project will move into a pre-production phase. The video game is said to have been optioned after the producers were pleased with the results of the Spyhunter project so far. Psi-Ops revolves around a secret agent with psychic powers whose memory has been erased, his memories start to come back as he tracks down other members of his covert group.
